Do You Offer Delivery?

We offer FREE local delivery with a minimum purchase of $100.00

Purchases of $99.99 or less will be charged $9.99 for delivery in our local area. This Includes Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington and Etobicoke Area. Purchases of 199.99 or less will be charged $15.99 for delivery outside of our local area. How do I order for Delivery?

Our delivery date is every Tuesday between 10-5pm, in our standard delivery areas. Please have your order placed by the Sunday before to guarantee your delivery Tuesday. Don't hesitate to e-mail if there is an issue with Tuesday delivery. To order for delivery, place an order online. We deliver Raw Food and everything else that is available in our online store. Once you are finished your shopping, Proceed to Checkout and Select Option "Free Delivery". Be sure to fill out your address in the checkout section so we know where we need to deliver. Do You Ship World-Wide?
Yes, We Ship World-wide, However we do not ship Raw Food or Non-Packaged Treats World-Wide. Raw Food is only available through In-Store or Delivery. Please contact us for shipping rates or have your shipping rate calculated at checkout.

If you are returning raw food it must be unopened & never thawed. All that is required is your Receipt.
